This high-specification 75-meter in LOA DP-2 Platform Supply Vessel, built in 2010, is classed with ABS (+A1, FFV-1, OSV, (E), +AMS, +DPS-2) and designed for versatile offshore support operations. With a gross tonnage of 2,921 (ITC) and deadweight of 3,440 metric tons, the vessel features a beam of 18 meters, a maximum draft of 5.8 meters, and a depth of 7 meters. Her clear main deck measures 49 m x 15 m, offering a total main deck area of 700 square meters, rated for a deck loads of 5 tons per square meter, making her ideal for transporting heavy and oversized cargo.
Propulsion is delivered via two Niigata 8L28HX main engines, generating a combined 5,920 horsepower and driving Z-drives housed in Kort nozzles, ensuring exceptional maneuverability and operational flexibility. Additionally, the vessel is equipped with two Nakashima TCT-135 bow thrusters, powered by 520 kW electric motors, delivering a total of 15.8 metric tons of transverse thrust, further enhancing station-keeping performance under dynamic positioning mode with economical low-cost fuel consumption.
Onboard power is supplied by four Caterpillar 3412C-driven generators, each rated at 590 kW, and backed by a Volvo D7A-T 99 kW emergency generator. The vessel meets FiFi-1 firefighting standards, with dedicated foam tanks (23.3 m³) and oil dispersant capacity (13.8 m³), making her suitable for emergency response duties in addition to logistics support.
Cargo capacities are extensive, including 1,150 metric tons of deck cargo, 640 m³ of fuel oil, 600 m³ of potable water, and 1,440 m³ of drill/ ballast water. Dedicated tanks hold 230 m³ of dry bulk across four tanks, 700 m³ of liquid mud (at 2.5 SG max structural spec), 130 m³ of base oil, and 190 m³ of brine. These tanks are supported by high-capacity transfer systems, with rates up to 100 m³/hour for fluids and 57.4 m³/hour for bulk.
The vessel also offers significant endurance, with an operational range of up to 15,800 nautical miles at 10.5 knots, and fuel consumption as low as 6.6 m³/day at economical speeds.
Deck equipment includes a 1.8-ton crane at 14 meters outreach, an auxiliary 5-ton crane at 10.1 meters, two 10-ton tuggers, two 5-ton capstans, and a full anchoring system with two 5,820 lb AC-14 anchors and 270 meters of 46 mm chain per side.
Crew accommodations support up to 50 persons, configured across 8 single cabins, 9 double cabins, and 6 four-man cabins. Facilities include a 24-person galley/ mess, hospital, and full sanitary systems (MSD for 65 persons). Navigation and communication systems are comprehensive, including 2 radars, 3 gyro compasses, 3 wind speed indicators, depth sounder, Doppler log, 2x VHF and 2x SSB radios, and a Fleet Broadband 500 satcom system. The Kongsberg DP-2 classed system is supported by 2 motion reference units, 3 DGPS, 1 laser-based, and 1 microwave-based reference system.
Additional features include a SOLAS-approved 6-man MOB rescue boat, a rescue zone, onboard mud circulation and mixing systems, fuel monitoring via FUELTRAX, reefer sockets (440V and 220V), and a 25T/day water maker.
